Bison Byte Capital LLC is a privately funded trading entity. We do not solicit outside investment, manage client assets, or offer advisory services. Based on our good-faith interpretation of current FinCEN guidance, we do not believe that our activities cause us to be classified as a money-services business. We continuously monitor rule-making and will revisit that assessment if facts or regulations change.

How we operate safely

• Exchange & on-chain integrity — Centralized venues are accessed through fully KYC-verified accounts, while on-chain execution is carried out from proprietary addresses under our exclusive control.
• Built-in risk limits — Position sizing, maximum exposure, and stop logic are coded directly into the strategy and reviewed on a recurring basis.
• Secure key management — All signing keys are stored in encrypted form with multi-factor access controls; funds remain in hot wallets optimized for continuous deployment.
• Audit trail & data retention — Trade logs, balances, and blockchain movements are automatically recorded and archived, providing a complete historical record for periodic review.
• Regulatory awareness — We track U.S. digital-asset guidance (SEC, CFTC, FinCEN), screen counterparties against OFAC sanctions lists, and will adapt our policies if future rules for proprietary firms evolve.
